Welcome to the Hampton Lovell Rewards Programme. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling. By joining our loyalty programme, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including receiving marketing emails from the Hampton Lovell group. These Terms may be updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to check for updates.

These terms and conditions (Terms) delineate the parameters governing your participation as a registered account holder (Member) of The Hampton Lovell Rewards Programme, facilitated through the Hampton Lovell Rewards website. The programme is administered by Hampton Lovell & Co, situated at 32 Henrietta Street, London, WC2E 8NA.
Eligibility
The programme is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
Complimentary Membership
Participation in the Hampton Lovell Rewards Programme is free.

Liabilities
Rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of technical issues (e.g., app failure or system errors), please email info@oystermen.co.uk.
Membership Termination
If your membership is terminated for abuse or fraudulent activity, all points will be forfeited.
Points will also be removed if the membership is cancelled unless they are redeemed prior to cancellation.
Modifications
Hampton Lovell & Co. reserves the right to amend or terminate the rewards programme with reasonable notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
PART B: EARNING AND REDEEMING POINTS
How to Earn Points
Earn 1 point for every £2 spent at participating venues.
Points are only awarded when the loyalty card is presented at the time of purchase.
One loyalty card per table.
Points are not earned on service charges, delivery, or takeaway orders.
Points Redemption
Points can be redeemed for rewards that may vary and are subject to availability.
Details of available rewards will be visible in your Rewards Account.
Rewards are venue-specific unless otherwise stated.
Points Expiry
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned unless otherwise stated.
Birthday rewards are valid for one month from issuance.
Missed Points
Points cannot be added retrospectively if the loyalty card is not presented at the time of purchase.
PART C: MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Enrolment
Members must sign up online via the Hampton Lovell Rewards platform and download their digital loyalty card to Apple or Google Wallet.
If you do not have access to an Apple or Google wallet, you’ll be able to quote your loyalty card, which can be found in your account, to redeem points.
By enrolling, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name and contact details.
Account Management
Members can check their points balance and rewards via their Rewards Account.
It is the member’s responsibility to keep their account details up to date.
Membership, Passwords, and Security
Please ensure your device meets required technical specifications for accessing your account.
Safeguard your registration details, including your membership number and transaction history. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised usage.
Update your personal details (e.g., address or email) via your account to avoid losing points.
Employees are eligible for membership but cannot combine rewards with staff discounts or other employee benefits.
Membership is non-transferable, and any violations may result in termination.
Membership termination may result in forfeited points and preclude future enrolment.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for non-compliance. Severe breaches may result in expulsion and restaurant bans.
Usage Provisions
Site usage must adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Disrupting site functionality is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to monitor and moderate user activity to ensure compliance with these terms.

We collect personal information during the sign-up process, including your name, email address, and other details necessary to manage your membership.
Use of Data
